Request account deletion
To delete your Bet or Pass account, email info@betorpass.com with the subject line "Delete my Bet or Pass account."
Include as much of the following as you can so we can verify and locate the account:
- The email address associated with the account, if any.
- Your Bet or Pass user ID, if visible in the app.
- The Apple ID email or private relay email used for sign-in, if applicable.
- A short note confirming you want the account deleted.
We will respond to confirm the request and may ask for additional verification before deleting account data.
What gets deleted
After verification, account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify:
- Account profile and user identifier.
- Saved slips and analysis history tied to the account.
- Sportsbook preferences and app settings tied to the account.
- Trial usage data tied to the account, unless needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance.
- Support records tied to the deletion request when they are no longer required.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained if required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or App Store subscription reasons. Retained records will be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
Deleting your account does not cancel Apple billing
If you have an active Apple subscription, delete your Bet or Pass account and also cancel the subscription through Apple ID subscription settings. Apple billing is controlled by Apple, not Bet or Pass.

Timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or dispute handling.
